Founded and directed by the Civil Engineer, Patrick Artiga, the associates who make up the company are both the technical staff and professionals who give their dedication and activity to the development of its operations in the areas of civil engineering, building and industrial works, with along experience in cement industry.
The company and its technical team was born totally independent from banking, financial or industrial groups, with a determined vocation for pure engineering and with great experience in the fields of our activity, free from any imposition or particular interest, to report or share that experience.
